Save the last dance

Hey there everyone...and by everyone I mean my two loyal readers who still remain anonymous to me. I picked two because it's more than just one person...and that's almost a crowd.

Okay, so I managed to talk Mel into accompanying me to Twestival KL...an event where Twitterers gathered to meet one another and also raise money for a good cause.

(If one of the greatest things about Twitter is that it connects everyone no matter where they are, then what's the point in making them gather in one spot? Sure beats the purpose. Nope NC, I didn't ask that question!)

But it was a successful event, no doubt about that. Good music, great food (if you like cupcakes, hotdogs and ice cream) and free beer. They gave away good stuff, auctioned off great stuff and made more than RM10k by the end of the night.

Back to the free beer part. Ian had a few and Mel...well, Mel...she had way too many for me to keep count. But the best thing about all that beer in Mel was that she agreed to a dance with a guy for charity. And by charity I mean that he was a charity case.

That guy is a terrible dancer,a total Darren if you know what I mean...and the funny part is that he didn't know that Mel was dancing with him. Haha...

Okay, it was damn jahat of us...but what the hell.

FYI. there were two such charity cases that night. Mel danced with one, and I with the other. But in Ian's words "At least he's having a good time..."

Okay, so technically you can't see anything in this video..but that just goes to show that it's one of the 'oh, you should've been there' kinda thingy'.
